"I believe Hawai‘i can and should be a light and inspiration to the world, of what a diversified and multi-cultural society can and should be. It is our multifaceted ethnic perspectives, values, and beliefs, that gives Hawai‘i its depth, richness, and strength, that allows us to be inclusive, and to pull together towards common goals. I believe there is nothing we cannot do and accomplish if we work together.
The Aloha ʻĀina Party recognizes the Divine, has Aloha for the People, will Mālama the ʻĀina, demands Government transparency and accountability, and advocates for Hoʻoponopono, to restore what was lost, as it relates to the Overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi in 1893. While the AAP embraces the best of traditional Hawaiian values, it is important to note that the AAP is not exclusive to Hawaiians and Hawaiian issues. The AAP is a party for all the People of Hawaiʻi and will strive to address those issues that impact all the people of Hawaiʻi.In the words of my kūpuna of Kaʻu, E hume i ka malo, e hoʻokala i ka ihe, gird the loincloth, sharpen the spear. Let us be united, prepared, and ready for the challenges ahead."
